The Dry Riesling

A far departure from your everyday Riesling. Totally bone-dry, bright and refreshing it is meant for a warm day spent on a patio. Riesling is, hands down, my favorite white wine varietal because of its versatility. Produced and aged in stainless steel it retains is thirst-quenching qualities while having enough body to stand up to a solid meal or be sipped on its own.

The Pinot Noir

A welcome addition to the MTGA lineup that is inspired by my grandfathers love of Burgundy and all that he learned about winemaking from that amazing region. Hailing from Grange Road in Bennett Valley this Pinot Noir is a combination of two separate clones: 117 and 667. Each was harvested, fermented and aged separately before bringing together the final blend prior to bottling.

The Merlot

Merlot has been an integral part of some of the most awesome wines that this world has seen and to be able to showcase a 100% Merlot from an amazing vineyard site just outside of St. Helena brings nothing but joy to even the most discerning taste buds. The Merlot is broken down into multiple small lots depending on fermentation, pressing intensity and barrel aging

The Single Barrel

The Single Barrel is MTGA’s “reserve” project with a simple goal: make be best barrel of wine possible from a particular vintage. As the lots begin the barrel aging process certain barrels are cut from the herd for their complexity and structure. After the first racking a single barrel is selected for aging in new French oak, kept aside and managed independently of the other lots. During the rest of the aging process I look to ensure that this lot is fully integrated, balanced and truly the best of the best that MTGA has to offer from a vintage.

The Single Barrel is currently sold out. To get on the wait list for the next release please sign up for the wine club and check the box for the quantity you wish to receive.
